1. Returns

We accept returns on all non-customized items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

1.2 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.2.1 Contact our customer support team
Before returning an item, please reach out to our friendly customer support team either via email or phone. They will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and guide you through the process.

1.2.2 Package the item
Securely package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is well protected. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.

1.2.3 Ship the item
Ship the package using a trackable shipping method to our designated return address, which will be provided by our customer support team.

1.2.4 Processing time
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund.

1.3 Return Shipping Costs
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

1.3.1 Restocking Fee : There is no Restocking Fee. 



2. Exchanges
2.1 Eligibility
We accept exchanges on all non-customized items within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

2.2 Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps outlined in the Returns section above. Instead of a refund, you will receive a store credit or a replacement item of your choice, subject to availability.

3.Refunds

3.1 Eligibility
Refunds are issued for eligible returned items or in cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to stock unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.2 Refund Process
Once we receive and process your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.

4.Non-Returnable Items


The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales
  • Items not in their original condition or without original tags and packaging
